Five months in since starting Turn.CEO. We are not slowing down.

Javier and I have been heads down building Captivate, and the work happening right now is some of the best we have ever done.

We cannot show you everything yet.

What I can tell you is that the platform we are about to release looks nothing like where we started. Every layer of it has been rethought, rebuilt, or made sharper. The intelligence behind it. The controls behind it. The way each person inside a business experiences it.

This was built for the business owner who has been told enterprise tools are not for them. The SMB that runs lean, moves fast, and deserves the same clarity that Fortune 500 companies pay millions for.

That is who Captivate is for.

We were also just accepted as a Microsoft publishing partner for the Microsoft Marketplace, pending all of our prerequisites. That one means a lot to us.

Countless hours. Countless internal sessions between the two of us.

Countless meetings with major marketplace partners are positioning this for launch. All of it pointing to the same moment.

The reveal is close.

When you see the final product, you will understand why we did not rush it.

One of the most common things I see across business and career coaching clients is analysis paralysis, and it is costing people more than they realize.

It is not laziness.

It is not a lack of ambition.

It is anxiety dressed up as preparation.

People get so overwhelmed by the fear of making the wrong move that they make no move at all, and then they feel embarrassed to admit it to the one person in their corner who is there specifically to help them through it.

Your coach is not judging you.

Your coach has seen this before.

Your coach wants to see you across the finish line.

If you are stuck, here are a few things that actually work:

Start with one small decision and follow through on it, because confidence is built through action, not more research.

Set a deadline for yourself and honor it, because an open-ended decision is just permission to keep stalling.

Ask yourself what the realistic worst-case scenario actually is, and then ask yourself if you could survive it, because most of the time the answer is yes.

Narrow your options down to two and choose the one that moves you forward, because having fewer choices reduces the cognitive load that feeds anxiety.

Tell your coach where you are stuck, because that is exactly what they are there for.

Being unfamiliar with a task does not make the task impossible.

It makes it a conversation.

Your experience got you this far.

Your coach will help you figure out the rest.

To my former AT&T family — I see you, and I understand what you're going through.

With tomorrow's deadline approaching for replacement or separation, I know many of you are navigating one of the most uncertain moments of your career. I want you to hear this clearly: this does not have to be a scary time.

Over the past several days, my inbox has been flooded with messages from impacted AT&T employees looking for guidance, and I'm grateful for every single one. I spent 11 years at AT&T, and while I left on my own terms, I lived through the anxiety that came with waves of layoffs rippling through our organization. I remember what that felt like. And I met some of the most talented, hardworking people during my time there, so watching another round hit this community is something I take personally.

Here's what I want you to know: the skill sets you built at AT&T are more valuable on the open market than you may realize right now. I've helped people reposition themselves and land roles that pay more than what they were earning before. It happens more often than you'd think when you know how to tell your story the right way.

I offer affordable career services specifically designed to get you back on your feet, better than ever. And consultations are always free. No exceptions.

You don't have to go at this alone.

A client of mine is stepping from Director to VP of Operations.

Instead of just updating her resume, we focused on how she thinks, speaks, and shows up.

We tightened her talking points.

We refined her tone.

We eliminated rambling.

We built clear, intentional executive presence.

She started practicing it everywhere.

At work.

With friends.

With family.

She just closed the best month she has had in more than a decade at work.

Coaching is not always comfortable.

In fact, it rarely is.

But when someone is coachable and open to feedback, everything changes.

The primary goal gets achieved.

And the ripple effect shows up across their entire life.

If you want VP results, you have to operate like a VP before you get the title.

Growth is a decision.

Ex*****on is a habit.
