Friends -
There’s no easy way to say this. After a long hard battle with Stage 4 Colon Cancer, our dear friend Matt Kelly was placed into a hospice facility today. Not sure how much longer he has, but as many of you know he stopped chemo a few weeks ago, and as heartbreaking as it is to type this, it’s just a matter of time now.
If you are in Vegas and you’d like see Matt, I urge you to make your way over to the hospital asap. (Info below) His wife Tina Renee Kelly and sister Amy Kelly will be there with him until the end.
Depending on when you get to the hospital, he may or may not be able to communicate with you verbally, but I assure you, he can hear everything you have to say to him, and I’m sure he’d love to hear from you.
I know this is tough, so if you can’t make it over there, please leave a comment here so we can read them to him.
We should all be so lucky to have a “Matt Kelly” in our life. I was lucky enough to have “THE” Matt Kelly in mine for the last 10 years. I can’t even get my head wrapped around the reality of this right now. 💔
