I’m usually a bit wary of restaurants on the especially if it’s a chain but I gotta say, I was pretty darn happy with what I got at here in Vegas. They have a sister restaurant in San Jose but only the scallops are there. 😭

Definitely enjoyed every bite of the food and sip of the that made me feel like I was enjoying some nice mezcal and tequila with mixed with lime, passion fruit and pineapple juice while camping out in the desert and watching a beautiful desert sunset next to the campfire because it has a nice smokey finish at the end of your sip.

The halibut cheeks were the star for me. Not only was the fish cooked well with it being moist but still easy to flake off BUT THE FENNEL SAUCE. Man, if they ever made an entree dish version with some cavatappi pasta to be able to hold the sauce enough with some kind of micro green or maybe just more of the fennel, I’d be a happy happy enby thay would beg their San Jose location to add it to the menu.

If you guessed the Dark Trooper helmet then you are correct! This is my first and I hope to pick up the others before they completely vanish from shelves! 😭 I had some other options for / but wanted something a bit small and not overly complicated to finish it within the two days. XD

Started a build for and finished it tonight on . I’d out the finished photos with the build ones but they’re a different orientation so they’ll be on the post after this one. Can y’all guess which build this is?

Police are saying the attack at the Lapu Lapu Day Festival wasn’t an ‘act of terrorism’ but as we’re getting further and further into spring/summer festival time, everyone keep your eyes & ears on a swivel and stay safe please, especially the PoC and LGBTQIA+ folx.

Tomorrow is my dad’s birthday, which means it’s also near his death anniversary. He had developed a case of COVID pneumonia & the doctors said even if he recovered, his QoL would be far less than what it was before, so as a family we decided to let him rest.

The sheer amount of rage & sorrow swirling in me right now with the change of providing science based COVID information to conspiracy propaganda is pretty unbearable. F**k 🟠💩🤡

And DONE! Oof, this build was kind of a lot. Soooooo many smol pieces and being able to tell between the lighter shades of blue on the instructions was SUPER HARD at times. I ended up looking at the box a lot to be sure a lot of the time. I wish there was some way to differentiate between similar colors more, and yeah, looked at both the book & pdf.

So hungry & tired. Gonna eat a small something with my edibles & pass out~

Bag 7/9 has a mix of colors! Woohoo! Took a small break to have some dinner but I think I’m still on track to finish this today!
