The more you know, the better your options become. A few things every buyer should know:

▪️You don’t necessarily need a 20% down payment.
▪️A 30-year mortgage isn’t your only option.
▪️New construction can come with significant incentives.
▪️Fixer-uppers may have financing options that help fund renovations.
▪️The right negotiation strategy can reduce your out-of-pocket costs drastically. Leverage is key!

Build from the ground up or take advantage of a builder’s quick move-in?

Both can be great options but it really comes down to your timeline, budget, desired finishes, and available incentives.
