Making my little brother’s birthday cake! 🎂

Have you ever baked a birthday cake for
someone?
It was my brother’s birthday last week (he’s 15 🥹), so bake his birthday cake with me!
Or walk through how I did it…

He wanted a strawberries and cream cake with those glossy grocery store strawberries on top, so I tried recreating it myself.
I ended up making a 12-layer strawberries and cream cake with soft vanilla cake layers, whipped cream, macerated strawberries, and a homemade strawberry glaze.
We have a tradition of baking birthday cakes for each other in my family, and honestly I think this one turned out pretty great 🤍
Most importantly, my little brother loved it.
Cake recipe was based on my strawberry shortcake cake recipe which you can find on my account or YouTube channel! And I got the glaze recipe from confettiandbliss.com 🍓

Tell me in the comments what you think, and if you ever did make a birthday cake, what kind of cake you made! 😊

These are matcha brownies — rich, fudgy, and packed with matcha flavor, with sweet white chocolate perfectly balancing the slight bitterness of the matcha.
If you love matcha as much as I do, you’ll definitely want to try these.
I used the base from my white chocolate brownies, they’re soft, chewy, and ever so good.
The full recipe and instructions video is on my account and other social media platforms 😊

My younger siblings think they can take over my channel (just kidding!)
I think it’s finally time to let my siblings become part of the channel 😭
They’re always stealing taste tests behind the scenes anyway, so now they might actually start appearing in my videos, so please welcome them warmly 😊

chip cookies —
episode 2 of my chocolate chip cookie series, where I share different styles of chocolate chip cookies and the recipes behind them.
Unlike thin cookies, these are big, thick,
and bakery-style, with crisp golden edges and a soft, gooey center.
They’re packed with chocolate and walnuts, if you love thick cookies, this one is for you.
