it was such a pleasure working with ...Kayla said she was new at shooting with this being her 2nd or 3rd time shooting ...I am thinking the same thing no way ! Kayla is prepping to compete soon and is killing it. Also this was my first Denver Shoot such beautiful landscape.

It was such a great time working with from San Diego. Marcie reached out to me when she had a Vegas Trip planned and we where able to get some great shots done. Marcie mentioned to me how much she loves helping others achieve fitness goals. The word mindset came up often.

Something I have not brought up or talked about much is my love and passion for photography. I think to myself how much photography has helped my sanity and given me a new passion in life to want to create. I used to dj as a profession here in Las Vegas. I used to live and breath music. I still dabble In being a dj and still love music but photography provides me with a challenge to “Myself”. I have always believe the way to get better results is hard work. It is the one thing I know pays me in the end. Fitness: Hard work = pay off you win and you look like .ifbb.pro . I can only hope that my hard work shows up in my photography. Your thoughts ?

A wise man said sometimes you gotta just deal with a situation and figure it out and make it work. When I was shooting with the location was tight and I had a tough spot to work with her at the beach in La Jolla. People in the background, harsh sun and more but we still overcame and where able to pull off some great stuff!

Victim Mentality vs Victor Mentality: A victim focuses on outward pressures, while a victor focuses on inward confidence. someone with a victim mentality only sees the problem around them. On the other hand someone with a Victor mentality will look within themselves to find solutions and carry on. This whole stay at home way of life is uncomfortable but I’m choosing how I come out of it at the end. Who will you be when life returns to “Normal”?
