The inspiration for Build Bridges Not Walls comes from my own life experiences navigating complex family dynamics and communication challenges. These experiences helped me recognize how easily misunderstandings and unspoken emotions can create division, and how intentional communication can create heal

The Pentagon has released the names of four U.S. Army Reserve soldiers killed during the ongoing war with Iran. They were among six who died when an Iranian strike hit a tactical operations center in Kuwait.

They were all assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command based in Des Moines. The Pentagon said the incident is under investigation.

"Our nation is kept safe by folks like these brave men and women who put it all on the line every single day. They represent the heart of America," Maj. Gen.
