I'm slowly learning that even if I react, it won't make people suddenly love and respect me, it won't magically change their minds.
Sometimes it's better to let things be, let people go, don't fight for closure, don't ask for explanation, don't chase answers and don't expect people to understand where you're coming from.

Im slowly learning that life is better lived when you don't center it on what's happening around you and center it on what's happening inside you instead.

Work on yourself and your inner peace and you'll come to realize that not reacting to every little thing that bothers you is the first ingredient to living a happy and healthy life.

Don’t give them back the same energy. Don’t meet anger with more anger. Instead, respond gently. Choose kindness, even when they don’t deserve it. That’s the real power move. I'm almost 3 years here living in the US. I arrived here in 02-02-2022 and weight myself in 02-09-2022 and now is 01-23-2025 and I gained 3.6lbs./1.6 kilos, 102.2 lbs/46 kilos currently and my goal is 106lbs/48kilos. I have never ever experience to have a weight of 106lbs or 48 kilos my entire life. 104lbs/47kilos palang ang pinakasagad na timbang ko in my 37 years of existence. (ginahapo nako sinang 47 kilos 🙃).
Ano ang sekreto bakit hindi ako tumataba and no diet?
Simple lang... 😆

Hindi ako masarap magluto at tamad ako magluto tsaka may alaga ako sa tyan 🥴🥴🥴🥴🙃🙃🙃🙃

Not to brag but to inspire na "wag sarapan ang luto" charot lang! 😂
Indi na Kamo sagad ka pamangkot kung ngaa wala ko ga tambok please lang kay bisan ako indi ko bal-an.
