Hey Zebras & friends!
It’s late we’re tired but we couldn’t let the day end with out a HUGE thank you going out to The Freakin Weekend Show and all who attended.
I’m in my scoliosis era and some days are just overwhelming and make me feel defeated no matter what. Other days I feel like I can take on the world. This weekend though, I was shown love, compassion, support, and everything beautiful about people.
Yall came together and chose to support me and my goals without even knowing me and I can’t explain how that feels. The best I can do is say I’m suprised by the kindness.
Everyone’s kind words and support is one more reason why I want to do this. I want to help others who may not receive the blessings I do or have the support I get daily. I am very blessed to be supported like I am and that makes this journey a little easier but doesn’t take the challenges always.
I know that each bear is about equal to one hour of work for most people and to make it easier to understand my mom use to explain work in time slots as an equivalent to dollars but now I truly understand. But, for every $10 dollars raised I don’t see it as just a bear. Every $10 is a blessing to a kid like me and a gift from someone like you. That isn’t only giving something special but is choosing that I’m worth an hour of their time.
My parents tell us often,” the most precious gift in the life is time, we can always make more money but the only thing we can’t make us more time.
