On this Feast of St. Joseph, we give thanks for 16 years of WAOB Radio! Our first broadcast (Mass on March 19, 2010) was guided by his patronage, and every day since then, his example of faith, humility, and devotion has inspired our work.

May St. Joseph continue to guard our ministry and each of our families!

Together in our quest through Lent on We Are One Body Radio, we’re inspired by the wisdom of Saint Benedict of Nursia.

“In these days… let us add something beyond the wonted measure of our service… Let each one… offer God something of his own freewill in the joy of the Holy Spirit.” ~rule, 49

What a beautiful invitation 💜 Not to do more out of pressure, but to offer something freely — a quiet prayer, a small sacrifice, an act of kindness , a welcoming of the other as Christ — given with joy.

This Lent, may we each listen closely to how the Lord is calling us to “add something” with generous hearts. Together, as one body, let’s walk this season with renewed love, deeper prayer, and joyful sacrifice.

We’re grateful to be on this Lenten trek with you. 🙏✨

Today we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and the World Day of the Sick.

We invite all listeners of We Are One Body Radio to join us in invoking Our Lady of Lourdes and St. Bernadette Soubirous in prayer.

May Our Blessed Mother intercede for all who suffer from illness—physical, emotional, or spiritual. May those who care for the sick be strengthened with compassion and hope.
