Social Media Saturdays

Social Media Saturdays Real social media strategies designed to fuel your business, capture your authentic message, and pos The need to show up as "perfect" created a gap.

I am the behind-the-scenes girl 💻📹

At least that’s what I told myself 5 years ago. As the support person for top influential brands, I did a great job at showing up for everyone else except for myself. I fell into the belief that to show up on social media, everything had to be perfect. So I became the person that stood behind others and helped them shine. I was...
🚫 Paralyzed by fear
🚫 Hiding un

til I “figured it out”
🚫 Feeling link an imposter

And to top it off, I was on the brink of burnout. Deep down inside I had the desire to shine too and I walked through the world feeling less than. Things began to change when I asked myself:
"What is blocking me from my next level of success?"

Fear...not just fear but my vulnerability in expressing my fears. I realized that my inability to be vulnerable created a wall between myself and my audience as well as my clients. Now like many of you, I am stepping out and willing to be fully self-expressed both in my written and video content. I have learned that the secret to engagement and attracting my divine client is my willingness to share the journey. Why is this important? We connect
🌟 through our pain
🌟 through our challenges
🌟 through lessons learned
🌟 with those, we believe we have things in common with. I believe people like you and me are called to be more and to do more. We are called to serve more. People who are committed to
providing value in everything that they do
✅ Using their gifts and talents to empower others
✅ Inspiring others to action
✅ Locking arms and building relationships where everyone wins
✅ Excellence

A mistake I see too many coaches make?

Trying to build a brand around what’s trending… instead of what’s true for them.

I get it—there’s a lot of noise online.
You see what’s “working” for other people and wonder if that’s what you should be doing too.
So you try to fit the mold.
You borrow language that doesn’t sound like you.
You follow strategies that don’t feel aligned.

And even though you’re doing all the things, your business still doesn’t feel solid.
It’s hard to stay consistent.
Harder to stand out.
And nearly impossible to attract the right people.

Here’s what I want you to know:

✨ Trends might get attention…
But truth builds trust.

Your Divine Clients aren’t looking for a polished version of someone else’s message.
They’re looking for you.
Your voice. Your story. Your values.

The more you lean into your truth, the more your brand becomes magnetic.
Because real recognizes real.
And people can feel when your message comes from the heart.

So today, I want to invite you to reflect on this:

What’s one part of your brand that’s truly you?
Something you didn’t borrow, copy, or filter—just you, showing up as you.

Drop it in the comments—I’d love to celebrate it with you. 👇🏽

Can I ask you a real question?

Have you ever looked around and realized you’ve been doing everything the “right” way…
but still feel like your business doesn’t quite reflect who you are?

You’re showing up.
You’re doing the work.
You’ve learned the strategies.

But maybe your content feels a little off.
Your voice doesn’t sound like you.
And deep down, it feels like you’re hustling… but not connecting.

Here’s what I want you to know:

Sometimes it’s not about doing more.
It’s about getting back to you.

✨ The way you speak.
✨ The way you serve.
✨ The message you were meant to share.

Because when your business is rooted in your values, everything shifts.

You stop second-guessing yourself.
Your confidence returns.
Your community grows with people who truly resonate with you.

When you drop the hustle, you pick up your power.

So I’ll ask you what I had to ask myself:

What would your business look like if it felt like you again?

Have you ever had to make a shift like that—letting go of the “shoulds” so you could show up in your truth?

I’d love to hear about it.
Drop a comment and tell me:
👉🏽 What changed for you when you made that shift?

Let’s be honest…

Being purpose-driven is beautiful.
But if you’re not building on the right foundation, you’ll keep spinning your wheels—pouring your heart into content, offers, and launches that just don’t feel aligned or sustainable.

Here’s what I’ve learned (and what I teach my clients):
A values-aligned business stands on 4 core pillars. Without these, everything feels harder than it should be.

💛 Pillar 1: Authentic Messaging
Your message is the soul of your brand. It’s not just what you say—it’s how you say it, and who it’s meant for.
If your messaging doesn’t reflect your values, your Divine Clients won’t feel the connection.

💛 Pillar 2: Aligned Offer
Not every offer is aligned just because you’re good at it.
An aligned offer reflects what you want to do, how you want to show up, and the transformation you’re truly called to deliver.

💛 Pillar 3: Boundaries
Yes, boundaries.
Without them, you’ll end up burntout, undercharging, and resenting the very thing you once prayed for.
Boundaries protect your energy and your vision.

💛 Pillar 4: Community
Business isn’t meant to be built alone.
You need a space where you’re seen, supported, and held accountable. A space where your voice matters and your values are reflected back to you.

These 4 pillars changed the way I show up—and helped my clients build businesses that feel good and actually grow.

So here’s my question to you. 👇

📣 Stop what you’re doing and help me wish my dad a Happy Birthday! 🎉🎊🎉

I feel so blessed and fortunate to have this incredible man as my father.

His love is steady. His wisdom is quiet and deep.

As we celebrate you today, I’m thankful for your strength, your prayers, and the example you set every day. I wouldn’t be who I am without you.

May this year bring you as much joy as you’ve given to all of us.

Love you always! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Let’s talk about the real reason so many heart-centered women are stuck in their business...

It’s not because you’re not working hard.
It’s not because you’re not skilled or committed.

It’s because you’ve been told that hustle = success.

We’ve all heard it:

💣 “You just need to grind a little harder.”
💣 “Wake up earlier, stay up later.”
💣 “Success loves speed.”

But what they don’t say is that hustle will have you building a business that burns you out.

Here’s the truth:
Hustle culture was never created for women who lead with their heart.
It was designed to reward performance, not presence.

And if you're anything like the women I work with, you're not here to perform — you're here to transform.

You’re here to build something that reflects your values.
Something that allows you to rest, to breathe, to serve without sacrificing yourself in the process.

So no, you’re not lazy. You’re not “doing it wrong.”
You’re just trying to grow something sacred in a system that glorifies burnout.

But here’s the good news...

There is another way.
A way that honors your story, your energy, and your rhythm.
A way that centers alignment—not algorithms.

And when you tap into that… business gets lighter. Clearer. More connected.

If you’ve been feeling out of sync with the “go go go” messages online, I want you to know—you’re not alone.

I used to think I had to choose.Choose between making an impact or making money.Serving? That’s never been the hard part...
07/21/2025

I used to think I had to choose.

Choose between making an impact or making money.

Serving? That’s never been the hard part. Giving comes naturally to me.

But for a long time, I didn’t fully understand how to link the two—how to honor my calling and build a business that could sustain me.

And now? I see that same gap in so many of the women I serve.

You want to make a difference. You’re not afraid to show up for your people.
But when it comes to building a business that’s profitable and aligned with your heart… that part still feels fuzzy.

You start wondering if being heart-centered means you’ll always have to settle for “just enough.”

Here’s what I had to learn:

When your business reflects your values—when your voice, your offers, and your message are all in alignment—everything shifts.

You don’t have to push.
You don’t have to prove.
You just have to show up… clearly, confidently, and consistently.

Impact and income aren’t opposites.
They’re not a trade-off.
They’re partners.

And when you build from that space of alignment, your audience feels it.
They see your heart. They trust your leadership. And they’re ready to pay for the transformation you offer.

If you’ve been wondering why your business doesn’t feel fully aligned—or why it isn’t generating the kind of results you know you’re capable of—let’s talk.

Drop “𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗡” in the comments or DM me and I’ll show you what’s possible when you build a values-aligned business that reflects who you are and supports how you want to live.

07/16/2025

I realized consistency was the quiet hero of my business.

There was a time I was creating content in silence.

No engagement.

Just me, showing up again and again—wondering if it was even working.

I almost stopped. More than once.

But something in me whispered, “Keep going.”

Not because I was seeing big results.

But because I knew I was being refined in the process.

Here’s what consistency actually did for me:

1. It gave me clarity.
The more I spoke, the clearer I got.

2. It built trust.
People started saying, “I’ve been watching you for a while.”

3. It grew my confidence.
At first, I was second-guessing every piece of content.
But showing up repeatedly helped me stop waiting to “feel ready” and start trusting myself.

4. It helped my people find me.
Consistency kept me visible long enough for the right ones to say, “There you are.”

5. It made me magnetic.
Not because I went viral. Not because I did all the trendy things.
But because I was anchored. Clear. Present.

And people feel that.

I say all of this to remind you:

The brand you’re building won’t be built in a burst.

It’ll be built in the becoming.

You don’t need to be everywhere.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need to be present.

Consistency isn’t about pressure.

It’s about practice.

👇 Need help making consistency feel lighter? Check the comments — I shared a simple reframe that changed everything for me.

If you’ve been beating yourself up because you can’t seem to “stick with it” online…

You’re not alone. Every single woman in my workshop brought this up.

“I know I should post more.”

“I start strong, then disappear.”

“I just don’t have the time or energy to show up like that…”

But let me challenge those thoughts for a second.

What if the issue isn’t time management?

What if the real challenge is a hidden belief like:

“If I’m more visible, I’ll be more exposed.”
“If I post consistently, I have to prove I’m successful.”
“What if I show up fully—and still no one responds?”
“What if I can’t sustain it… and people notice when I drop off?”

Let that sink in.

For many purpose-driven women, consistency feels unsafe—not inconvenient.

Because behind that word “consistency” is a fear of rejection. A fear of judgment. A fear of being fully seen and not enough.

But here’s the reframe:

Consistency is not perfection.

It’s not showing up every day with a ring light.

It’s not becoming someone you’re not.

👉 Consistency is alignment.

It’s choosing to show up in a way that honors your capacity, your values, and your voice.

It’s about deciding what feels true to you—and building from there.

The key is to stay connected to your message and your audience..

One year ago…
I was in one of the hardest seasons of my business.

I knew a change was needed—
But I didn’t know where to begin.

I felt sad.
Angry.
Disappointed.
Hopeless.

I think I went through every emotion possible.
And to be honest… I was tired of pretending I had it all together.

So what did I do?
I unplugged.

I took two weeks away from everything.
No posting. No pushing. No forcing.

Just prayer.
Stillness.
Listening.

I trusted that God would guide me through what was heavy on my heart.
And He did.

Not only did He show me a better way—
He surrounded me with the kind of support I didn’t even know I needed.

A beautiful, heart-centered community.
Aligned clients.

And a deeper sense of purpose.
Fast forward to today…
I just hosted another round of my Boost Your Visibility Workshop.

💫 9 incredible women attended
💫 3 are now part of my mastermind

Small numbers.
But big impact.

If you're in your “one year ago” season right now…
I want to remind you:

It gets better.
Sometimes, the shift doesn’t come from doing more—
It comes from getting still and trusting more.

I’m beyond grateful. 💛

I used to think social media success meant having it all look… perfect.

Polished grid
Strategic hashtags
Curated captions that hit every “rule”

But even when everything looked right…
Something still felt off.

The truth?

👉🏽 Clarity beats polish every single time.

Because perfect content that isn’t aligned won’t connect.
And real, soul-driven content—even if it’s a little messy—moves people.

The moment I stopped trying to perform and started speaking from purpose, everything shifted:

My content felt easier to create
My message landed deeper
My people started showing up

So if you've been checking all the boxes but still feel invisible—you're not doing it wrong.

You might just be hiding behind what looks good instead of what feels real.

Have you ever felt like you're doing everything “right” and still not attracting aligned clients?

Drop a 💡 in the comments if you're ready to be seen for who you truly are.

𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹—c𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺.

Overwhelm?
Inconsistency?
Burnout?

Those are symptoms.
The real issue is this 👇🏽

👉🏽 You don’t need more content. You need a rhythm.

Most coaches and purpose-driven entrepreneurs aren’t inconsistent because they’re unmotivated…
They’re inconsistent because they’re unclear.

Unclear about what to say.
Unclear about how often to say it.
Unclear about whether their content is even working.

And when clarity is missing, confusion takes over.
You start second-guessing yourself.
You post sporadically.
You go quiet when life gets noisy.
And your message loses momentum.

Here’s the rhythm I teach my clients to help them stay consistent, aligned, and effective:

𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 → 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 → 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺

𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 is your voice—what you believe, teach, and want to be known for.
𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 is your structure—your content pillars your format, your flow.
𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 is your consistency—how you stay visible without burning out.

This rhythm simplifies everything.
It gives your content a heartbeat.
And it helps your Divine Clients recognize you when they see you.

So tell me… which part of this rhythm are YOU missing right now?

Drop Message, Method, or Momentum in the comments and I’ll send you a personal tip to fix it.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Yesterday, I watched brilliant women lean into something they hadn’t felt in a long time—permission.

Permission to stop performing.
Permission to speak the truth behind the brand.
Permission to let go of the pressure to “sound like everyone else.”

And today… they’re showing up different.

There’s more softness in their voice.
More clarity in their messaging.
More belief in their brilliance. 💛

Here's what they’re realizing together:

You don’t need a perfect brand.
You don’t need to post more.
You need to stop hiding behind what looks good—and start building from what feels real.

Because what truly connects… is YOU.

Today, as we step into Day 2 of the Boost Your Brand’s Visibility Workshop, we’re not just talking about strategy—we’re anchoring into identity.

This work isn’t just about content.
It’s about alignment.
And the confidence that comes from knowing your brand starts with your story.
