The calendar for 2024 and 2025 are filling up and many quotes are being sent.
Ceremony and Reception packages include, but not limited to, personalized services, coordination of ceremony at rehearsal, coordination of ceremony on wedding day, sound system for ceremony, microphones for officiant, for musical guests, and sound board for any instrumentalist, custom music list for seating of guests, entrance of bridal party, and ceremony music as well.
The Reception will have separate sound system, coordination of events, emcee of events, custom music list for cocktail hours, dinner hours, announcement and coordination of all formal dances, custom venue uplighting, dance floor lighting, cordless microphones for toasts, custom music list for reception and open song request during reception, if allowed by the bride&groom and it is socially acceptable and meets expectations in the moment. This package is for a 6 hour event, 1 hour for ceremony 30 minutes for seating of guests and 30 minutes for ceremony) and 5 hour reception. Additional time can be purchased in advance at a lower rate, as compared to the evening of.
The reception only package includes ALL of the above listed for reception and starts at 5 hours and additional time can be added in advance at a lower cost than the evening of.
I do require a $350.00 non refundable deposit and signed contract to hold the date. The deposit does go towards the balance of the evening. I am fully insured and can help make your most important day as memorable and carefree as possible. We want you to say “I Do”, eat and enjoy the evening with your friends and family.
