Create your own Self-Care Jar! 🧡

Write simple self-care ideas on slips of paper — things like:
✨ Take a walk outside
✨ Listen to your favorite song
✨ Write down 3 things you’re grateful for
✨ Call a friend
✨ Do something creative

Whenever you need a boost, pull one from the jar and give yourself a little care break.

Small moments of kindness toward yourself add up. 🌿
