✨🏰 Happy Gingerbread House Day! 🏰✨

A few years ago, I took my holiday baking to a whole new level and made a gingerbread house modeled after Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland — turrets, drawbridge, sugar windows and all! 💗❄️

Was it ambitious? Absolutely.

Did my kitchen (and my dad’s kitchen) look like a gingerbread hurricane hit it? Also yes.

But the magic of bringing that iconic castle to life in cookie form was SO worth it. ✨

There’s something special about blending Disney magic with holiday traditions — and this one remains one of my all-time favorite festive projects. Maybe one day I’ll recreate it… or upgrade to the full Disneyland gingerbread park 😉

✨🐸 Happy Anniversary to The Princess and the Frog! 🐸✨

Today we’re celebrating one of Disney’s most heartfelt, musical, and inspiring stories — and this anniversary hits a little extra special for us.

Because… Jason and I were among the very first people to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure on opening day in Disneyland! 🎉💜

Being there for the debut felt like stepping right into Tiana’s world — the music, the energy, the stunning animatronics, and that gorgeous finale… pure magic.

It’s a ride filled with joy, heart, and all the spirit of New Orleans — just like the movie itself. And getting to experience it on day one? Truly a core memory.

Here’s to Tiana, to chasing your dreams, and to many more magical moments in the bayou. ✨

🍭💗 Happy Cotton Candy Day! 💗🍭

Today is the sweetest excuse to treat yourself… and I’m throwing it back to one of my favorite sugary stops — Puffy Cotton Candy at the Cool Springs Mall!

If you’ve never been, this isn’t your average cotton candy stand. They take fluffy sugar clouds and turn them into full-on ART. And yes… I absolutely got mine made into a bunny 🐰✨ (because how could I not?!). It’s adorable, delicious, and totally Insta-worthy.

Whether you’re grabbing a fun treat with the kids, on a cute date, or just embracing your inner child — Puffy Cotton Candy is a 10/10 for pure joy.

🎉✨ Happy Birthday to Walt Disney! ✨🎉

Today we celebrate the man who dreamed big, believed in magic, and built a world where imagination has no limits. Walt once said, “It all started with a mouse,” but we all know it grew into so much more — stories, characters, parks, and memories that have shaped generations.

From strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. to soaring through space, laughing at silly spooks, and eating Mickey-shaped everything… we’re all experiencing pieces of Walt’s incredible legacy every time we visit a Disney park.

Here’s to the dreamer who taught us to keep moving forward, stay curious, and never underestimate the power of imagination. ✨🐭

🌍🦒 Happy Wildlife Conservation Day! 🦓🌿

Today is all about celebrating and protecting the incredible wildlife that shares our planet — and there’s no better place to highlight than Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where conservation is truly at the heart of the magic. 💚

One of the best examples? Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Every time you board that safari truck and head out onto the Harambe Wildlife Reserve, you’re not just getting an amazing up-close look at giraffes, elephants, lions, rhinos, and so many more… you’re also stepping into a living, breathing conservation story.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom plays a real role in global wildlife efforts — from endangered species breeding programs to habitat protection and research. And your ride through the savanna? It helps support that mission.

So today, let’s appreciate the beauty of the animals we love AND the work being done to protect them for generations to come. 🐘✨

Today we’re taking it way back and celebrating the anniversary of A Bug’s Life — and all the tiny nostalgia that comes with it! 💚✨

Do you remember “A Bug’s Land” at Disney California Adventure? From Heimlich’s Chew Chew Train to Flik’s Fun Fair, this adorable land made us all feel like we’d shrunk down to the size of a bug. It was colorful, quirky, and full of those classic Pixar vibes we still miss today.

While A Bug’s Land has since made way for new adventures, the memories of those playful pathways, giant clover leaves, and sweet-smelling attractions (looking at you, Heimlich 🍎😂) will always have a special place in our theme park hearts.

Here’s to celebrating the film that brought us Flik, Atta, Hopper, and a whole colony of lovable characters — and the land that made us part of their world. 💚🐞
