Tornado Warning for... Southwestern Clinton County in south central Illinois... Northwestern Washington County in south central Illinois... Northeastern Saint Clair County in southwestern Illinois...
Until 515 PM CDT.
At 436 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Mascoutah, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
This tornado will be near... Shiloh around 440 PM CDT. Mascoutah and O'Fallon around 445 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by the tornado include Summerfield and Damiansville.
This includes Interstate 64 in Illinois between exits 23 and 34.
