We had a chance to sit down with Master Daniel Pesina ahead of the Route 66 Comic and Toy Convention, and this conversation is one Mortal Kombat fans will want to hear.

Daniel talked about how he got started in martial arts, how a group of creative martial artists helped shape one of the most iconic video game franchises of all time, and the stories behind characters like Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Johnny Cage, and more.

From the early days of filming moves with limited support, to the creation of characters and fighting styles that became part of gaming history, this interview gives a behind-the-scenes look at how Mortal Kombat came to life.

Master Daniel Pesina will be at the Route 66 Comic & Toy Convention on June 13 at the Cowan Civic Center in Lebanon.

Come meet him, hear the stories, and celebrate a franchise that shaped a generation of gamers. Massey's Comics
