Earnings: $65,000+ per year (Consistent weekly pay).
Schedule: Full-Time (4–5 days per week).
Volume: 20–30 property inspections per day.

You’ll be navigating the vast beauty of Northern and Eastern Maine—from the North Woods of Fort Kent to the rugged coastlines of Washington and Hancock Counties.
📝 What You’ll Do
Drive a pre-set route to observe and document property conditions.
Take high-quality photos using our smartphone app.
Submit brief status reports for mortgage and insurance companies.

Reliable Vehicle: Must have your own (fuel-efficient is highly recommended!).
Tech Savvy: Modern smartphone with a great camera and data plan.
Winter Ready: Comfortable navigating Maine’s changing road and weather conditions.
Independent: This is a 1099 position—you manage your fuel and maintenance while we provide the high-volume work.
