☀️ The Perfect New Spring Patio Hangout

Hanks’s Garage and Grill is brining the fun food, vibes and outdoor spaces to Downtown Old Shawnee. Garage doors open = good times flowing and bags throwing.

Hank’s Menu is short, sweet and fun. Here’s what we enjoyed during our Friday late lunch/dinner. Linner?

🍟 Spam Fries with Banana Ketchup — when this is on the menu you just have to try.
🍔 Hank’s Original 1/3 lb. Burger
🍟 Loaded Tots (we ordered as a side with our burger and wow so glad we did … these were a favorite!)
🥗 Cobb Salad (I intended to eat this but instead plowed through the Chicago dog and loaded tots and then I was full! The two of us split it the next day. Really good red wine vinaigrette!)
🥧 Homemade Fried Cherry Pie (ordered a la mode of course)

💙⚾️ THIRTEEN 🌵💦

We made a quick trip to Arizona to celebrate Gage’s 13th birthday with family. We love our baseball-loving boy so much!

⚾️ Surprise for a v. game Hard to decide who to cheer for … we love them both!
🌵 Completed our family favorite Pass Mountain Hike in Tonto National Forest (7.7 miles in record time!)
❤️ Time with family swimming, watching Wicked and eating great food (Jalapeño Bucks brisket, Vito’s Italian, In-N-Out Burger and Nana’s blueberry scones.)
💦 Gage did a flip into the very cold pool at 11:55 am to celebrate the minute of his birth! 🤣

Not ready to let go of that vacation feeling but the sunshine in Kansas City sure does help! ☀️

We loved all our apparel and accessories while in Mexico earlier this week. Definitely shop Team Cocktail for all your cruise and vacation needs! We especially loved getting the husbands matching ‘vacation tuxedos’ … they received so many compliments! 🙈
