Town Council meeting tonight at the town hall 7pm. - We will decide on a final date for Veteran's Banner orders to be submitted - If you have a form, picture and check made out to the Village of Leesville, please turn it in to a council member or the mayor as soon as possible! Thank you for all of your participation with the banners so far. They will be a great asset to Leesville!

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Carroll County Commissioner’s Office located at 119 S Lisbon St, Suite 201, Carrollton, OH 44615 until Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 9:00 am local time. The public Bid Opening will be held during the Commissioner’s Meeting.



The Project includes the following Work:

This project will replace the failing storm sewer structures throughout the Village of Leesville to restore the efficiency of the storm sewer network and prevent flooding. A total of 23 catch basins will be replaced with ODOT catch basins No. 2-2B’s and tied back into the existing network. The project will restore the effect on surrounding areas.

If you were spoken to about an order form it is still on the way. All of the ones that were in the post office were taken. If you filled one out, please reach out to a council member or the mayor so we can get it from you. We will have a deadline date soon so that we can wrap up and get everything ordered!
