If you live around the Intersection of Wayne St. and Market St. you may experience a water shut off for 2 to 3 hours starting tomorrow around 8:30am. To the houses that are affected, there will be a boil ordinance for 48hrs for safety measures. This is due to one or more possible leaks that are being fixed by the Bowerston Water Department. A big THANK YOU to our residents! Out of everyone that made it to the polls yesterday the vast majority voted to renew the Village of Leesville's Levy and our Fire Department's Levy!

We will be welcoming two new council members in January, Heather and Mikah! And Bruce and Carl Palmer have renewed their seats!

Friendly reminder the tax renewal on the ballot for Leesville is only a renewal. Nothing has increased. We have never implemented a town income tax and do not have any intentions to, nor do we want to increase. We just need your vote to help keep the funds that the town does get coming!
