We are actively working on getting an online public database for all of our meeting minutes and ordinances. We understand the business of life and schedules and how difficult it can be to make the meetings - That being said, we cannot address every issue that is made public, however, feel free to reach out directly about any issues or requests.

We are willing to provide clarity, stance, ordinances, etc.

NOTICE OF EMERGENCY SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

The Village of Leesville Council will meet in emergency session on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to authorize funding for the immediate repair of a sinkhole that presents a public safety hazard.

The meeting is open to the public.

REMINDER - TOMORROW EVENING AT 9PM WE WILL BEGIN OUR FIRST SPRAYING OF THE SEASON

UPDATE: Due to the incoming rain and wind this evening our first Spraying for this season will be MOVED to Friday evening, May 15th, 2026 at approximately 9pm! It is recommended to stay indoors and not have AC running for the duration of the spraying and up to 30 minutes following. Thank you!

Another THANK YOU to Mike and Heather Enos! Not only did they donate a bucket truck and 3.5hrs of their time with the mayor last weekend to hang Veteran Banners, but when they realized they were short a bracket (due to the very nice windstorm that took out one of our poles) they held on to the truck, waited for the additional bracket and got our final banner up as soon as they were able! A lot of gratitude for all of their help 💖

Our regularly scheduled council meeting that was set for 2/10/2026 at 7PM is being moved to next Tuesday, 2/17/2026 at 7PM due to illness.
