𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 -the Racing Pigeon Digest announces that Drew Lesofski has acquired the publication and will serve as its new publisher and editor.

Drew brings two decades of experience building and sustaining racing pigeon media. In 2005, he founded the Loft Report, a digital journal dedicated to racing pigeons in the United States, which grew a worldwide readership and evolved into a social-media-based publication. It remains a trusted source for racing, loft management and health practices, and developments shaping the sport.

As publisher and editor, Drew will bring that same editorial discipline to the Racing Pigeon Digest, grounded in direct reporting, firsthand loft visits, and long-standing relationships across the sport. A lifelong participant, he has traveled widely across multiple continents observing top fanciers at the highest levels. He was also an early pioneer in racing pigeon video content, producing widely viewed YouTube features on pigeons, products, and racing systems under the banner of Lavender Hill Lofts, expanding access to practical information for fanciers worldwide.
Drew recognizes and thanks Gene Yoes for his lifetime dedication and stewardship of the Racing Pigeon Digest as the only print magazine in America devoted specifically to racing pigeons. He is honored to carry that work forward, continuing the magazine's mission of reliable information, thoughtful coverage, and strong support for the sport.
