Aight yo, let’s talk about Hispanic skaters. There’s SO many yet still not getting that praise.

Yes, we have Franklin Morales, and Abdiel Colberg got his dues in an early 2000’s DB profile, flossing on his pro UFS throne that had GC Frames and Eulogy Wheels; yeah yo, unlike you new cool kids, we had ACTUAL pro skates yo. It was so sick.

And then there’s Erick Rodriguez, dubbed Taco Tarantino via Too Easy, E Rod helmed Blader Gang and filmed a plethora of videos, in addition to having pro products via Gawds. On god sun, we out here.

And speaking of Erick’s, what about Juiced Sucka Foos, Erick Garcia? The man does some of the dirtiest cess slides, it took the sanitation department 3 weeks to clean up. And the dude is an ace on the lens.

Ivan Narez is another talented skater and lensman that brought us so many classics, from the Hyphy videos (ghost ride the whip!) to the Valo videos, as well as his own personal project, Hermano’s.

And NY has hosted so many talented Hispanic skaters; Ray Mendez, Jon Ortiz, Jesus Medina, i could go on baby!

And let’s not forget our boys deep in the south, the Papi team, composed of Yandriel Silverio and Pablo Porta. Ayyy papi, si mucho gusto, Que te quires in la vida? Chicas bonitas? Cerveza? Dinero? Nah, i just wanna be as nice as Yandy yo, ain’t nobody pulling off a stache like him.
