Jeanius Publishing LLC is looking for an energetic and knowledgeable digital marketing intern to help and support our company as we work toward our goal of expanding our marketing services.
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, teachable, organized, and most importantly, friendly and able work with others. The intern will start as a social media administrator to international best-selling author Pierre Jeanty’s social media accounts, and will gradually work with other authors in our catalog. This opportunity consists of social media branding, content marketing, running effective email/paid ad campaigns, and exploring various social media platforms.
This is a 6-week program, 3 weeks unpaid and 3 weeks paid, aimed at students looking for real world opportunities. This is the perfect experience for marketing students seeking a long-term career in the world of digital marketing, and offers hands-on involvement with a company that is established in social media marketing and expanding into other marketing avenues.
Full-time employment is available, but it will be dependent upon demonstrated mastery of learning, as well as skill and experience desired by many employers within the industry.
From day one, you will have direct exposure working with successful ad campaigns and high-profile influencers. Additionally, you will have access to mentors, and a learning opportunity second to none, as our team manages clients and is the ideal example of successful marketing.

Responsibilities:
· Maintain oversight of social media for multiple brands across social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
· Create and manage email campaigns
· Media tracking and reporting for both online and offline advertising mediums
· Develop content for monthly social media calendars for various brands across different social channels
· Analyze the performance of mixed media marketing programs by reviewing campaign results, and gathering insights from results to optimize the campaigns
· Provide support to marketing leaders
· Proactively contribute ideas to projects
· Conduct market research
· Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
· Explore marketing opportunities on platforms not currently focused on (i.e. Snapchat & Pinterest ads)
Qualifications:
· Possess strong computer skills
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Growth and change-oriented
· Currently enrolled in a marketing program or pursuing a B.A. in marketing
· Data-driven decision making and results-oriented focus
· Highly collaborative and invested, not only in personal success, but success of the team
· Creative mindset and innovative thinking
· Ability to work with Photoshop or similar design software is preferred
· Previous marketing experience is beneficial
