Just came home from an amazing trip! Flight delays gave Duane and I first class going to Orlando as others switched flights. We started our trip with Universal Orlando at the Portofino Resort! Last Sunday evening we attended Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Three rooms at Universal with 10 in our party for this leg of the trip!
Then on to a Disney Cruise on the Disney Fantasy. Special thanks to TNT Studio of Dance for booking this group cruise with me! Four incredible nights cruising in the Bahamas to Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay.
This by far was my most complex group as we had people going to Universal and Walt Disney World prior to the cruise. Group flights for some the day before the cruise with hotel rooms. Add in transportation for everyone. (Thank you to FSE Luxury Transportation for providing amazing service!).
All in was:

5 different large group Transportation Transfers
3 WDW Mears Transfers
2 Universal Super Star Shuttle Transfers
2 different group flights totaling 45 people

10 rooms night before cruise

33 Cruise Rooms
109 people total!
