Happy June 1st!☀️
Summer is here, and the island is starting to get busy with families and friends making memories together.
As you enjoy your time on the island, the Ocean Isle Beach Police Department would like to remind everyone of our local noise ordinance. We want everyone to enjoy the island safely while also being mindful of others.

🔊 Amplified sound from any device is permitted only between the hours of 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM. Outside of these hours, excessive noise disturbances may result in penalties. This ordinance includes,
• Weddings / Party Houses
• Amplified music in commercial establishments
• Loud vehicles, mechanical, and exhaust-related

• The use of horns or ongoing sirens

⚠️ Penalty for Violation:
