➖ Finding the right warehouse is tricky! Make sure you find a warehouse that doesn’t only fit your short term needs, but also long term needs! Landlords are looking for 3-5 year deals! Never underestimate how much space you’ll need, however, don’t over spend your budget!

➖ Having a local Google page is a must! Make sure this is up and active for local customers to have proof you are an actual business!

➖ We use to make sure we are funneling 5 star Google reviews to our page! It works like magic! Over 500 Google reviews in under 3 years of being in business!

➖ Get a local phone number line! Customers are less likely to pick up an out of area caller!

➖ Yard signs are a cheap way to build brand awareness in a new market! Every. Single. Sol. Job. Should get one! No excuses!

➖ Compare rates of dumpster rentals! Proper disposal of waste will create a clean work environment! Leading to happy crews, happy landlords, and a better overall operation!
