Journey guitarist Neal Schon disclosed that he has had "zero dialogue" with former lead singer Steve Perry in recent months.

Despite reaching out via email, including an invitation to attend a San Francisco Giants game together, Perry has not responded.

Schon has been willing to reconnect but acknowledged that continuing to pursue someone not interested in engaging is not productive.

Regarding Perry's music career, Schon noted Perry's desire to create and praised his recent solo album, hoping for more new music from him.

As for Journey's future, Schon mentioned working on new material during their hiatus, with potential for new songs if the band reunites in the studio.

CBS plans to celebrate the 30th anniversary of “Everybody Loves Raymond” with a 90-minute special.

The show aired on CBS for nine seasons after its premiere on Sept. 13, 1996, and ended in May 2005. It became a great success, earning 69 Emmy nominations and winning 15.

Phil Rosenthal, the series creator, and star Ray Romano will be hosting the special. Fans can expect interviews and candid conversations with castmates Brad Garrett, Patricia Heaton, Monica Horan, Madylin Sweeten, and Sullivan Sweeten. A tribute will be paid to Doris Roberts and Peter Boyle, who played Ray’s parents Marie and Frank Barone. Boyle died in 2006 at the age of 71, and Roberts died in 2016 at 90.

The special will be aired on Nov. 20.

Today would have been former President Jimmy Carter’s 101st birthday, and the U.S. Postal Service is honoring him with a new forever stamp. The stamp features a 1982 painting of Carter, who died last year, by artist Herbert Abrams. The Postal Service called the former President a "fitting honoree," adding that Jimmy Carter "truly personified the best in America." Carter, the 39th president, was the longest living president in U.S. history.

Ronnie Wood recently confirmed that The Rolling Stones have completed their 25th studio album, which is set to be released in 2026. The album is being produced by Andrew Watt, known for his work with artists like Ozzy Osbourne and Post Malone.

While specific details about the album's content remain under wraps, Wood mentioned that the band recorded a substantial number of songs, with some tracks being left out during the selection process.

The Rolling Stones are reportedly "all hyped up" about the new material, and fans can anticipate more information as the release date approaches

AOL has officially shut down its dial-up internet service, ending 34 years of operation.

Dial-up was famous for its modem sounds and the “You’ve got mail” alerts.

Around 163,000 U.S. households still used it before it closed.

The shutdown also affects AOL Dialer and AOL Shield browser, but email and other services are still working.

This is part of the move to modern internet; dial-up is now mostly a nostalgic memory.

Def Leppard is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 11:30 a.m. PT.

Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Resnikoff, president and CEO Universal Music Enterprises (UMe), will be guest speakers at the event.

The star is located at 1750 N. Vine St., in front of the historic Capitol Records building. The event will be streamed live at the Walk of Fame’s website.

Tina Turner had a 10-foot statue unveiled in the Tennessee community she grew up in. The statue was unveiled as part of a ceremony at a park in Brownsville where Turner went to high school.

The statue features Turner with her signature wild hairdo and holding a microphone like she’s performing onstage. It was designed by sculptor Fred Ajanogha who said his goal was to capture Turner’s movement onstage.

The unveiling was part of the 10th annual Tina Turner Heritage Days to celebrate her life growing up in rural Tennessee.

Imagine looking into your front yard and seeing an animal you know doesn’t belong. That’s what happened on Tuesday in Bay County, Michigan. A three foot South American crocodile was captured as it lounged in a front yard. The Hampton Township Public Safety Department was dispatched for a report of the croc and it was caught and taken to its new home at Birch Run Zoo. As for how the crocodile got into Michigan, investigators don't yet know. South American crocs can grow to 16 feet in length.

Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil revealed that he had suffered three strokes before the major one in December 2024, which left him unable to walk and led to the postponement of the band's Las Vegas residency.

Neil described waking up on Christmas morning with his left side paralyzed, requiring assistance to get out of bed. Doctors later determined that a blood clot from his leg had traveled to his brain, causing the stroke.

He had experienced two earlier strokes, including a mini-stroke that resulted in temporary hand numbness, which he hadn't known at the time.

He credited his physical therapist, who worked with professional athletes, for helping him regain strength and mobility.

Rocks collection, including frontman James Hetfield, drummer Lars Ulrich, guitarist Kirk Hammett, and bassist Robert Trujillo. The set of four is available through Metallica’s website and Funko directly.
