A light bulb was changed on WGRC's Lewisburg tower. Local tower climber George, climbed the 415-foot tower with 2-foot diameter, 35-pound bulb strapped to his back, in 40 minutes. He carried the spent bulb in the same manner, reaching the ground in 30 minutes.
