Red Velvet Coupe-Cakes ❤️🎄 my new favorite way to serve cake! I cut out rounds of red velvet cake, topped them with cream cheese frosting, then added a Marshmallow Tree for the cutest Christmassy finish!

Ingredients:

1 box red velvet cake mix
3 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1 can cream cheese frosting
PEEPS Marshmallow Trees
powdered sugar, for dusting

Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and water in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour the batter into a lined 10×14 baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes for until done.

Using a coupe glass, cut rounds out of the baked cake and place into each glass.

Pipe cream cheese frosting on top of the cake layer, then add a PEEP Marshmallow Tree on top and dust with powdered sugar.

the easiest Christmas cookies to try making this year! 🎅🍪I love this simple trick for turning a regular cookie into the cutest little Santa treat!

-choc chip or oreo cookies
-white and red chocolate melts
-mini marshmallows
-black icing
-red sprinkles

Dip one side of each cookie into the white melted chocolate and allow it to harden. Dip the other side into the red melted chocolate, allowing a small blank space into between each color.

Add a mini marshmallow to the red side for the pompom on Santa’s hat, then pipe on the eyes and add a red sprinkle for his nose.

1 10oz bag Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Flavored Melting Wafers
-1 10oz bag Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Flavored Melting Wafers
-10 pretzels, sliced in half
-sprinkle eyeballs
-red candies
-red, green, and gold sprinkles

Place the milk wafers into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals until fully melted. Pour the melted wafers onto one half of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Melt the dark wafers using the same method and pour onto the other half. Swirl the melted milk and dark wafers together with a rubber spatula for a marbled look.
Add pretzel halves to create the reindeer’s antlers, sprinkles for the eyes, and red candies for the nose. Add the sprinkles, then place into the fridge to set for 10-20 minutes. Slice into small pieces and place into an airtight container until ready to serve.
