Lewiston firefighters rushed to a home on 9th Avenue this morning (Tues). The house just east of 21st Street caught fire around 9:45. Through the auto-aid program Clarkston Fire and Asotin County Fire District also responded. A press release from the LFD says the home had heavy fire on the back of the structure when emergency crews arrived. A shed next to the house also caught fire.

The cause is still under investigation. No one reported any injuries. Damage estimates are about $150,000.
