hide some posts, but every single person on Facebook is responsible for their own words. We do not take responsibility for what other people post, but if you feel it is beyond what is appropriate, send us a private message telling us what story it is under, who posted it, and what it says. Demanding that posts be removed, reporting posts to Facebook, or telling us to block someone from this page is an issue between the person who posts and the person who reads it. If you would rather not see someone's comments, you may easily block them. The filter will remove posts with certain words (they don't bother me, but they can't be on my site) or if they go over the top with racism or something inappropriate. Social media has changed the way we communicate - what we would not say to someone's face EVER is now posted for the entire world to see. So please think twice before posting your comments - not only can your employer see it, but so can your family. Known fake profiles that are used to "troll" and/or make comments that are inappropriate will be banned. If you believe there is a fake profile that is causing trouble on the page, please let us know. That said, here is the full DISCLAIMER:

Here's a reminder that, starting tomorrow (Mon), Snake River Ave will be closed northbound. It's part of the Snake River Avenue Reconstruction Project.

Beginning tomorrow, August 10, and continuing through Wednesday, August 12, the northbound lane of Snake River Avenue will be closed between the Southway Avenue roundabout and the Rotary Peace Park signalized crossing from 6:00 am and 8:00 pm each day. These daytime lane closures will occur in conjunction with the nighttime closures already in effect from 8pm - 6am. During nighttime work Snake River Avenue is fully closed between Southway Avenue and 11th Avenue. The nighttime closures are anticipated to conclude at 6:00 am on Thursday, August 13, until future night work phases begin again.

Upon completion of the nighttime work, the first lift of asphalt pavement will be in place between the Southway Avenue roundabout and Rotary Peace Park, providing motorists with a smoother driving surface through the project area.

Local access for residents and businesses will be maintained during the daytime closure and, whenever feasible, during nighttime operations. However, northbound through traffic will not be permitted during the daytime closure, and through traffic in both directions will not be allowed during the full nighttime roadway closures.
