You gotta pick up the weights, babe! 💗 plus there are so many benefits to weightlifting outside of aesthetics: improved circulation, more endurance for daily activities, decreased risk of chronic illnesses, etc. I also prioritize protein in my diet! Ya gotta eat to build muscle! Pleeeeease don’t be scared of the gym if you’re a GL🫛 girlie 🫶🏾

8 week post op appointment vlog 🍒💖 my surgery date was June 19th and I’ve had the smoothest recovery possible, thank God! My surgeon is Dallas Plastic Surgeon 💗 the best!!!

Happy One Year of Therapy to me!! I can only describe this feeling as finally being able to take a deep breath for the first time in my life. During this season of my life, it’s important that I spend time with my younger self and allow her to take up space 🥰 she’s so cool, funny, intelligent, and much more 💗
I’m grateful to be in a place where I can give her whatever she wants and needs. As I continue moving through life, l always have her in the passenger seat. l’ll even let her drive sometimes.
