At this year’s Discovery Day, LexObserver asked passersby to put a pin on the map to mark where they or their families came from before landing in Lexington. It turned out more colorful and complete then we imagined, with clusters around Boston, New York, India, China, Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East, and dots from Kazakhstan to Cape Town, Iceland to the Ivory Coast.
