GSD Golf 🚀 Exciting News! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️ Introducing GSD_Golf! 🎉💼

Chasing Top 72 on the means we’re treating every round like a long day in the sun… because it is. Our hydration plan is simple: keep it steady, keep it consistent, and keep in the bag from the first tee to the last putt.

**On-course hydration checklist (the GSD way):**
- **Pre-round:** a few big sips before we even hit the range
- **Every few holes:** drink *before* you feel thirsty
- **Back 9 push:** one more reset when the heat + nerves kick in
- **Post-round:** finish the bottle while we’re breaking down the round

Because if we’re going to grind our way into that **Top 72**, we can’t be fading on hole 14 from doing the basics wrong.

**Question:** What’s your go-to “stay locked in” move on the course—hydration, snacks, swing thought, or music?

The 1 thing wants to always remember is that is hard!

Don’t be so hard on yourself when you hit a bad shot - regroup and move on to the next shot!

**Spring and summer tournament season is here** — and the work you put in *right now* is what shows up when the scores start counting.

If you’re a junior golfer — or a parent helping one navigate the journey — this is the time to lock in the fundamentals: build a practice plan with purpose, finalize your tournament schedule, and create routines you can trust when the pressure hits.

And like our friends at p3recruits say, it’s time to **start driving the bus** in your recruiting journey. Don’t sit back and wait for someone to discover you — take ownership. Update your swing and scoring highlights, clean up your player resume, reach out to coaches with intention, and make sure your spring and summer events line up with your goals.

If you want, drop your **grad year + target level** (**D1 / D2 / D3 / NAIA / JUCO**) in the comments, and I’ll share **one thing to focus on before your first big event**.

MONDAY MOTIVATION ⛳️

To every junior golfer who teed it up this weekend — congrats. Whether you brought home hardware or battled through a tough round, you did the work: you showed up, you competed, and you learned something you can’t get on the range.

Here’s what I hope you remember today:
Pressure is a privilege (it means you’re in the arena)
Your attitude travels (with every swing, every hole)
One round never defines you (but your response to it does)

So take the lessons, keep the confidence, and get back to it this week. Small improvements + consistent effort = big results.

Drop a quick recap below: What was your biggest win from the weekend — score, mindset, or something you learned?

06/01/2026

motivation: Walk into this week like you *belong* there.

You don’t need perfect conditions—just a strong mindset:

- Control what you can: effort, attitude, preparation.
- Commit to the next shot: one task, one rep, one conversation at a time.
- Stay present: confidence comes from focusing on *now*, not “all week.”

Pick one priority that moves your life forward—and start before you feel ready. Momentum loves action.

**Question:** What’s the *one thing* you’re committing to this week?
