Pasta recipe coming tomorrow (FYI IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD mascarpone & fennel= heaven) my love did the consultations for so long so he’s still got it🤣❤️🎂 I truly give him and our incredible team at the bakery so much props because the interpretation of a brides dream is often hard and nerve racking. Mary came in with ideas and a vision for her cake with the pearls, metallic gold accents and a clean/ chic look! I can’t wait to see what my love and the team comes up with❤️ what did you guys think about the process ?!

A Castano Famiglia Summer Staple~Friselle w Bruschetta❤️🍅🧅🧄🫘🥖! Now we typically have it on a crostini but our cugina at deborahpascucci was here from and she gave us the most delicious Friselle so we had to give them a try and it’s safe to say I’ll never go back❤️ It was perfectly crunchy, flavorful, seasoned, & colorful! And the perfectly balanced Bono Olive Oil truly helped balance this dish and bring it to life! Pro-tip: the kitchen essentials are important so make sure to look for quality! The freshness of all these ingredients needs to be on your Summer table

Friselle w/ Bruschetta Recipe
(2) 12oz packs of cherry tomatoes
(1) 14oz can of cannellini beans
(3) stalks of celery chopped w/ the leaves on
(1/2) of a red onion chopped W
(3) garlic cloves chopped
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper to taste ❤️
