On this day 4 years ago I launched a radio show during COVID lockdown. Thick & Fabulous focuses on the lives of women in their 40's and older, but more specifically women of color. I've had the most amazing conversations with women (and a few men) about s*x, love, HIV, generational healing, addiction, domestic abuse, caring for your elderly parents, buying a house, teens mental health, gun violence, snatching that waist back, and so much more. Almost 80 SHOWS WORTH!!!!
