S T A Y // The new Manchester Hotel has officially opened its doors in Lexington's Distillery District, marking a significant milestone for the developers and the city. At the grand opening ceremony, developer Nik Feldman expressed his excitement, stating that they were extremely proud of the property. With a $40 million investment, the project was completed in less than 18 months, surpassing their expectations. Feldman acknowledged the shared vision of many individuals that made this achievement possible. As the city hosts various events like baseball tournaments and the Railbird festival, all 125 rooms at the hotel have been booked for the opening weekend. Despite the unexpected influx of guests, Feldman reassured that their operations team is well-prepared to deliver top-level service. The Manchester Hotel not only becomes a new hub of hospitality in Lexington but also adds to the appeal of the Distillery District with its unique design and amenities, including a rooftop bar.
