Hope Out Loud: Recovery Awareness Day Celebration September 5, 2026
Voices of Hope helps people in recovery stay in recovery. Based at its Recovery Community Center in Lexington,Kentucky, Voices of Hope promotes lifelong recovery from substance use disorders through peer-centered recovery support services, advocacy, research, and education. Services include one-on-one recovery coaching, telephone recovery support, and support groups that honor all pathways to recovery.
Hope Out Loud is Voices of Hope’s 2026 Recovery Awareness Day celebration on Saturday, September 5, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Gatton Park in downtown Lexington.
This free event will bring the community together to raise awareness about recovery from substance use disorders, celebrate resilience, and connect people and families impacted by substance use with resources and support.
Attendees can enjoy live music, inspirational speakers, family-friendly activities, on-site services, and opportunities to uplift the voices of people in recovery.
Speakers and Performers
• Opening remarks: Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman will open the celebration.
• Impact speakers: Individuals in recovery will share their stories of resilience and hope.
• Live music: Colicchie, Jordan Lee King, and P2P: The Movement will perform.
