Over the past 10 months, we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate closely with a client to produce their first-ever international top-producer incentive trip. Earlier this month, our Event Production team traveled to Mexico to execute the event, bringing their vision to life with thoughtful planning, creativity, and precision.

The event featured a stunning 70-foot LED wall in the general session space, creating a dynamic and immersive experience. For the welcome party, we executed projection mapping on a historic church, setting a memorable tone for the week. To conclude the celebration, the awards ceremony featured a beautiful combination of LED walls and a custom water wall, delivering a powerful and visually striking finale.

We’re proud to have played a role in such a meaningful and well-executed event!
