Comparing your baby’s sleep hours to another mom’s baby will drive you crazy! 😴

Did you know total recommended sleep usually comes with a 3-hour range? One 5-month-old might thrive on 16 hours a day, while another is perfectly happy on 13 hours. If your baby falls on the lower end of that range, it doesn't automatically mean something is wrong or that they’re at a deficit—they might just have lower sleep needs!
