It started, as all the best stories do: around a table. A Southern gal with a heart for creating meaningful moments and a gift for gathering people through food and conversation. They intertwine like family and faith, turning every meal into a memory and every gathering into grace. People aren’t just hungry for good food; they’re hungry for connection, belonging, and the feeling of being truly welcomed. Home Around The Supper Table was born from that belief: that “home” is not a place, but a feeling woven through moments we share, the meals we pass, and the stories that rise between us. Here, every guest is more than a reservation; they’re part of our story, and we invite you to pull up a seat and share yours.

Please consider donating to this amazing mission. The serve so may of all ages. While like many places they do provide food and shelter from the outdoors, it’s really everything else that’s available to begin rebuilding a life. Starting over and asking for help is hard but Lexington Rescue Mission makes everyone feel like family from the very the first, “hello.”
