Every day I’m reminded that the talents and skills God has given me were never meant to bring glory to me—they were meant to point people to Him.

I’m incredibly thankful for every opportunity to create, tell stories, capture moments, and use the gifts He’s placed in my hands. Whether it’s behind a camera, editing a video, or serving through creativity, it’s all about Jesus.

My prayer is that everything I create reflects His goodness and brings Him honor. None of this would be possible without His grace.

Iron Sharpens Iron Conference at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church • Liberty, Missouri God reminded me of something powerful.

Every shot I captured, every moment I filmed, and every story I told through the lens wasn't just a job or a hobby. It was a calling.

I don't simply live to do this. I am called to do this.

God has given me the skills, the vision, and the passion to serve His Kingdom through creativity. What many people see as a camera, I see as a tool for ministry. Every event, every conference, every testimony is an opportunity to point people to Christ.

As I walked through the conference capturing men being challenged to become stronger husbands, fathers, leaders, and followers of Jesus, I realized that God has already provided the gifts. The next step is obedience—taking action, showing up, and using those gifts for His glory.

"I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given you by Christ Jesus; that in everything you were enriched in Him in all speech and all knowledge." — 1 Corinthians 1:4-5

Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. I left encouraged, challenged, and more determined than ever to walk in the calling God has placed on my life.

To God be the glory.

I feel incredibly blessed to be part of so many amazing opportunities and moments. God continues to place things in my life that shape me, challenge me, and remind me of His purpose.

When He calls you, follow it.
When He gives you gifts, use them for His will.

Doing the Lord’s work will always be close to my heart—something I strive to walk in daily.

Capturing worship isn’t just something I do, it’s something I’m called to.

Every moment behind the camera, I’m reminded how blessed I am to have a church I can call home and a community that pours into me the same way I hope to pour back into it. There’s something powerful about freezing those moments, the hands lifted, the voices united, the presence of God moving.

This isn’t just a skill set. It’s a gift God placed in my hands, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m grateful I get to use it to serve, to tell stories, and to capture what He’s doing in our church.
