Hōʻike Kauaʻi Community Media Kauai's Public, Education, & Government Access organization offering video production training Residents may also submit self-produced programming for airing.

Hō‘ike provides a number of opportunities for residents of Kaua‘i to be seen and heard on Hō‘ike's public access channel 54. Residents can share a message every Tuesday with open mic and community cameras. Hō‘ike provides classes in production from start to finish, and Hō‘ike certified producers have the added benefit of being able to use Hō‘ike's cameras and editing equipment to produce shows to air on the channel.

Mahalo for tuning in each week to Olivia’s Kauaʻi County Council Recap! We’ve heard your feedback and are making some changes to keep things fresh and easy to watch.

Starting this week, Olivia’s recaps will no longer be posted as full-length videos. Instead, you’ll get short, bite-sized updates highlighting the key moments and decisions from each Council meeting.

These short recaps will be quicker to watch, easier to share, and still packed with the information you need to stay informed about what’s happening in our community.

We’re on the lookout for Kaua'i's most charismatic, expressive, and engaging kids (ages 3-11) to be featured on the cover of an upcoming issue of Kaua'i Family Magazine. If your child has a sparkle in their eyes, a natural charm and a personality that lights up the room, this is their chance to shine.
