Saturday well spent! 😁 We had a picnic at the beach. Hubby chose chicken adobo and pancit for lunch, I chose the quinoa salad. The salad was awesome as usual, husband said the adobo and pancit was lacking in flavor, but was tender, he gave it a 5/10. I’m missing Germany, so I had a nice cold Beck’s. 💚 It turned out to be a beautiful day! You never can tell with this Kauai weather…changes fast! How’s the weather where you are?
