True story: my clients don’t care where I color their hair! Lobby, bathroom, parking lot…they just care that it’s me behind the brush. 🎨
Floors pulled up, walls coming down, and I’m still in the lobby serving flawless color like it’s business as usual. 💅🏽
Chaos or not, excellence is always the standard because as always the work speaks louder than the drywall. And the clients always deserve excellent customer service!!💁🏽‍♀️✨

Even with water coming up through the floor, I never once stopped serving excellence. My client didn’t or doesn’t pay for life still happening in my salon suite, she paid for a service!
Bundles still colored. Install still flawless. And not once did she know there was water coming out of the floor she was literally walking on…now she’ll know but never would I let it ruin her luxurious hair experience!!
That’s what walking on water looks like when you’re called and committed. 🙌🏾💎

Toned with
Igora Vibrance 6N for the root smudge
Igora Vibrance 8N on one half of the bundle
Igora Vibrance 9N on the other half/half of the bundle
Igora Highlifts 12-1 ok the last half/half piece (that’s the bright blonde piece)

Years ago, I sat and planned this out every single detail, every suite, every class, every young woman I’d pour into. And today… I’m literally teaching inside the very vision I once journaled. 🙌🏽
