Season spotlight!
The LSO's 2023-2024 season is going to be one to remember. Throughout the summer we will highlight our upcoming concerts and spectacular guest artists!

Our season opens on October 14 with one of Classical music's most exciting young talents, violinist Charles Yang. Yang's groundbreaking trio "Time for Three" was the winner of the 2023 "Best Classical Instrumental Solo" Grammy with Xian Zhang with The Philadelphia Orchestra. Yang brings the lyrical virtuoisty of Erich Wolfgang Korngold to our stage in a concert that highlights the sounds of Golden Era Hollywood. Also on the concert is the lush romanticism of Max Steiner's "Casablanca," the spine-tingling strings of Bernard Hermann's "Psycho Suite for Strings," the haunting nostalgia of Rota's "Godfather Suite," and Joe Hisaishi's evocative "Symphonic Variation from Howl's Moving Castle."

See tomorrow's featured soloists today, at the beginning of their careers. The competition concludes with a concert featuring the finalists and winners of the junior and senior categories. This concert is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
