The release of the new album from Frank Hannon is only a little more than a month away!

Frank Hannon has just recently released a new single "ONE MORE TIME" from his new upcoming solo album "REFLECTIONS" that will be available on September 12, 2025.

MORE INFO ON FRANK'S NEW ALBUM
The first single from the album that was released back in March titled “Walk in the Rain” turned heads with a unique twist in Frank’s guitar tone. The song evoked a western movie soundtrack vibe and really surprised listeners. It has already received over 2 thousand listens in the short time it’s been out on Spotify. The current single “A Hundred Miles” brings back Frank’s trademark guitar style of layering acoustic and electric guitars together to create a positive uplifting sound and is gaining traction. “Into The Blue” was released on May 6th and is sure to surprise listeners as Frank explores a deep bluesy guitar style that he’s never released before. Written on a cruise ship while in the Bahamas and pondering the recent tragedy of someone jumping overboard, Frank’s guitar echoes the sadness and blues from his soul. These singles are previews of the diverse guitar stylings that will make up the full 12 song album.

BAND'S HISTORY-MAKING PERFORMANCE AT HANOVER STADIUM ARENA TO BE COMMEMORATED AS A LIVE ALBUM

Let's start with a bit of a history lesson. Or an urban legend.

There was a wild night of partying with members of Def Leppard and Judas Priest — the details of which the SCORPIONS couldn't remember the next day, even with the best will in the world.

It was… a total blackout.

This merciless moment, which no one who was actually there can remember, laid the musical foundation for one of the SCORPIONS' most triumphant successes — the song "Blackout."

Fast forward several fruitful decades and that very song is lead single from band's forthcoming Coming Home Live album, which will undoubtedly achieve instantly iconic status.

The live version conveys the power, the virtuosity, and the epic moments of July 5, 2025, when the band performed (and recorded) a magical concert on the stage of the Hanover Stadium to a crowd of 45,000 enthusiastic and adoring fans.

While the SCORPIONS have performed countless times in huge stadiums around the world, July 5 marked the first time the legendary rockers performed a stadium concert in Germany and in the hometown of Klaus Meine, Rudolf Schenker, and Matthias Jabs. The occasion? The 60th anniversary of the band.

During this concert, the band bridged the gap between yesterday and tomorrow. "

Scorpions celebrate the biggest home game of their career — a thrilling anniversary concert" stated NDR. Hannoversche Allgemeine newspaper noted, "The Scorpions' stadium concert will be a triumph."

Facts are facts and it was a triumph indeed.

Wow. Deeply saddened to see this today. Sean McKenna was a great guy. We've gotten to know each other over the last five years. He was a huge supporter of RadioBypass, and just like us, loved to support musicians from all over the world with his show, Barstools and Bandtalk. In a state of shock right now. Damn. We will be back with an all new music episode today after bringing you interviews the last two Saturday's. Hope you enjoyed our conversations with Doug Aldrich and Spider Rockets. Listened to a bunch of new music today and have some great new tunes to include on today's show. However, we have also been listening to some Ozzy today, and will include a couple of songs from him as well. When the news broke of his passing, I was saddened of course, but also reflected back on the two times I got to meet and spend a little time with him. In 1987, Ozzy released the live album Tribute and did a small promotion tour. His tour included a stop at my old radio station, WVVX. He was going to be live on the air with the DJ that was on before my show. I was asked to come in early and be the point person to help get Ozzy into and out of the building. We knew a bunch of fans would show up in our parking lot, and they surely did. We got Ozzy into the building easily enough, but when it was time for him to leave, the crowd outside had really grown. As myself and another man were bringing Ozzy out to the car, we got bombarded by his fans wanting to take pictures and get autographs. Ozzy obliged. It started to rain, his people wanted him to get in the car and take off, but Ozzy refused to leave. He stayed out there, in the rain, until everyone got their picture and/or autograph from him. He was very tired as he had flown in from England that night and came straight to the station. The fact that he would not leave until everyone gathered outside got what they wanted, was an amazing thing to witness as I stood beside him. Ozzy truly cared for and respected his fans! And for me, Ozzy is the only person that has spelled my name Relf 😀 Black Sabbath was the first large concert I ever got to attend, way back on November 29, 1975 and it left an indelible impression on me that I will never forget just as Ozzy's attitude toward his fans did 12 years later. Ozzy may be gone, but his music and spirit will live on for generations! R.I.P. Ozzy.

What was already a standout moment of this year's Wacken Open Air, the world's largest metal festival, turned into something even bigger when Michael Schenker pulled a surprise no one saw coming.

After delivering a fierce My Years With UFO set to tens of thousands of attendees on Thursday night, the architect of hard rock used the world's loudest stage to announce that a brand new Michael Schenker Group studio album, titled Don't Sell Your Soul, will be released on October 3 via earMUSIC.

To mark the occasion, Schenker and his band closed the show with a world-exclusive live premiere of the new album's title track — a powerful encore that took the Wacken crowd by surprise and was met with instant enthusiasm on the muddy festival fields.

Earlier in the set, the Wacken faithful had already been treated to a once-in-a-lifetime moment: Slash walked on stage as a surprise guest, joining Schenker on the UFO classic "Mother Mary." Two of rock's most iconic guitarists side by side — a scene few will forget.

Don't Sell Your Soul is the latest studio album by the Michael Schenker Group and the second part of an album trilogy that began with 2024's My Years With UFO.

The album was produced by Michael Schenker and Michael Voss, and recorded with Schenker's longtime allies: Bodo Schopf (drums), Barend Courbois (bass), and Steve Mann (guitar, keys). On vocals: the impeccable Erik Grönwall – undoubtedly one of the finest rock voices of his generation. Guest appearances on vocals by Robin McAuley, Dimitri "Lia" Liapakis, and Michael Voss round out the cast.

Don't Sell Your Soul will be available on CD, LP, and limited transparent red vinyl.

Today, esteemed rock vocalist and guitarist MIKE TRAMP is pleased to announce the release of his new album, 'Songs of White Lion — Vol. III,' due out on September 19th via Frontiers Music Srl. To celebrate the announcement, the lead single "Cherokee" is out now, accompanied by a music video, available below.

"Revisiting 'Cherokee,' one of the first songs Vito Bratta and I wrote in 1983, was so amazing, I always loved that song, and the new version only confirms what a great song it still is."

MIKE TRAMP, the unmistakable voice and principal songwriter of White Lion, concludes his heartfelt trilogy with 'Songs of White Lion — Vol. III,' a powerful and deeply personal tribute to one of the most iconic bands of the 1980s melodic hard rock scene.

Tramp speaks on how this series of recordings came together:

"For me, the point of re-recording the old classic White Lion songs was all about letting the audience know HOW the band would sound if they come to see us live. Bringing the sound up today and away from a world no more. When I started with 'Vol. I' I must admit, I never thought I’d do 'Vol. II' and now 'Vol. III.' But having done it all now, makes all the more sense to me. If I have to be active playing White Lion in 2025 and onward, there's got to be a natural progression in every way. That is exactly what this Trilogy is all about.

In this final installment, TRAMP revisits and reimagines ten more essential songs from the White Lion catalog, bringing them back to life with the passion, perspective, and authenticity that only decades of experience can deliver.

Once again backed by his trusted bandmates — Marcus Nand (guitar), Claus Langeskov (bass), and Morten Hellborn(drums) — TRAMP offers fresh but respectful renditions of these classic tracks, capturing their spirit while elevating them with a more refined, seasoned sound.

New music that Bass Master Billy Sheehan is part of coming soon! Get to know The Fell!

Strap in! The pulse of rock ‘n’ roll just got a major jolt. Modern rock supergroup THE FELL, featuring legendary bassist Billy Sheehan, multi-platinum producer Mike (K.) Krompass, and Australian vocal powerhouse Toby Rand, return with their electrifying new single “Killswitch,” a crushing, high-voltage anthem that melds the golden age of rock with a modern-day edge via streaming on July 18, 2025.

“Killswitch” will be available in Dolby Atmos mix via Apple/Amazon/Tidal on August 15.

“Killswitch” is about reclaiming control, cutting off the noise, shutting down manipulation, and powering through chaos with conviction, says the band. It’s a rally cry for anyone who’s ever felt pushed to the edge. The track pulses with massive guitars, blistering bass, and bone-crushing drums, wrapped in a wall of sound that nods to the best of late ’80s and ’90s rock while punching hard with a polished modern edge. This is not nostalgia, this is evolution.

THE FELL’s powerhouse lineup features legendary bassist Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big, David Lee Roth, Sons of Apollo), multi-platinum producer, songwriter, and guitar player Mike (K.) Krompass (Smash Mouth, Nelly Furtado, Everybody Loves an Outlaw, Dead Romantic), and vocal powerhouse Toby Rand (Rockstar: Supernova, Juke Kartel, Ashen Moon), whose dynamic voice soars over a backdrop of “Killswitch”’s grinding riffs and thunderous grooves. Sheehan delivers his signature low-end firepower with acrobatic flair, while Krompass’s massive guitar tones and razor-sharp production elevate the track to arena-sized proportions. October 24th “The Killswitch EP” will be released in special packaging containing both CD and laser-etched LP, will feature 4 streaming singles plus a new version of “Dancin' On A Glass Floor” that will remain exclusive to this release.
