The Nebraska News Service is the state news and sports wire service provided by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Journalism and Mass Communications. Construction on the $2.19 billion Project Health at UNMC is officially approved. The new facility will expand training opportunities and strengthen Nebraska’s health care system. Once complete, it will serve as Nebraska’s largest academic health care facility, combining patient care, education and research under one roof.
