Lately a lot of you have been telling me how much you’re loving your hair results... not just in my chair, but at home too. That means so much to me. hair is a partnership, and you’ve been showing up for your hair in the best ways.

Because of that, I’ll be sharing more "consistent" hair care tips, routines, and product education right here.
Think of them as little weekly check-ins to help you:

1. Keep your hair healthy between appointments
2. Use the right techniques and products for your texture
3. Protect your investment in color, extensions, and treatments
4. Build simple habits that actually work, without overwhelming you!

Your at-home routine matters just as much as what I do for you in the salon. When we combine the two, that’s when we see the real magic: stronger hair, better growth, longer-lasting results, and fewer setbacks.

At Zen Salon & Studio, we believe beauty starts with how we care for one another. Our friends at Baby & Me, a nonprofit supporting new mothers in need, are doing incredible work right here in our community. From diapers and wipes to postpartum essentials, they help moms bridge those first fragile months after birth.

We now have a donation bin inside the salon, and I’d love to invite our Zen family to join me in supporting them. With SNAP benefits being cut, so many parents are facing one challenge after another. When one family struggles, our whole community feels it. When we lift one another up, we all rise.

If you feel called, please drop off baby items, postpartum supplies, or new-mom essentials during your next appointment.

Small acts of love add up. Let’s help make those first days a little softer for mothers who need us most.
