A beautiful day to be on the patio with a taco 🌮 My first try of Papillion Taco Guy with a puffy brisket taco (my favorite of the day), pork taco, and chicken tornado. The cool breeze, music, and fresh food made my lunch at T&T: Trucks & Taps, Patio just right.

When in Wisconsin...get an Old Fashioned to go! Deliciously done by River's Edge Pub and Grub on Lake Delton in the Wisconsin Dells. I think Charlie Berens would approve of this move.

T&T: Trucks & Taps, Patio has great options in a fun environment. I've got some research opportunities today but this prior meal with grilled chicken fries from Nocturnal Eats and chicken bacon mac from Crunch Factor and a nice add of an egg roll from Twin Happiness made for a great night.

The menu and trucks change often so check out their socials so you know what deliciousness is ensuing.

Breakfast: Pizza, Lunch: Pizza. The first stop was Very Important Pizza for an NY style slice. That sprinkle of oregano just makes it for me. Then lunch was carryout at Izzy's Pizza - Omaha for the Baby Love (ya know the Supremes) and that crispy edge and fluffy crust that I could eat by itself.

Legit Cinnamon Roll French Toast from Legends Cafe in Council Bluffs! The cafe was bustling with breakfast today for sure. I tried out The Charlie as it allowed me to get a good breakfast selection to try and those golden hashbrowns. Then I add a small pancake...this was a big small pancake.
The super winner besides the hashbrowns though was the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. This wasn't cinnamon bread masquerading as a roll, nope this was a big cinnamon roll, sliced, dipped, and served slathered with butter and a choose your own adventure ramiken of frosting on the side.

thegoldenchickensne is delicious, let's start there. They boast the roast of Peruvian style rotisserie chicken and I've gotta say I'm a fan.

It's juicy and wonderfully seasoned so that you get a flavor packed plate. I've had both the half dark and half white meat plates and either choice is a good one.

The sides are expertly prepared and the flavor factor is dialed in. I'd recommend trying the Chaufa which is a Peru meets China fried rice. This is the first place I've encountered it and that alone is fun. The beans and fries are both excellent as well.

Tres Leches French Toast at the Pancake Cafe in Agave Azteca ! I paired that with the Michoacan Omelette and a side of pancakes 🥞 because it's breakfast time for Faturday today!

The presentation and cook on everything was quite nice and I love that I was able to pair a carnitas omlette for the protein factor with my sweet treat of tres leches French toast.

There is A LOT on this menu and I've only scratched the surface. I can tell you I'd stop back for breakfast anytime.

I can assure you of a few things, Birria Boss, LLC is open, that it's worth getting around the construction, and that their new Birria Taco Salad is big and delicious with their signature birria, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, crema, and crunchy chips.

The dressing and guac are smartly served on the side to keep the chips crunchy and to allow you to regulate how much you want. I also appreciate the mixed green choice over iceberg and there is a little heat from the chips.

This clam shell container was stuffed and if you want a salad as your entree this is the way to be the Boss.
