Happy SONday!!! Here is a heartwarming story that we hope you will share!!! Hope you enjoy it!!

“My Aunt Tina, one of the healthiest and most amazing people I know had an unexpected cardiac arrest and according to doctors had died and was brought back to life four times by first responders before arriving to the hospital. She was put on a defibrillator and after miraculously waking up the first thing she did, unable to speak because she was intubated, was ask for a pen and in my cousins journal wrote “it’s real”✍🏻
The people in the room asked “what’s real?” and she responded by pointing up to heaven with tears in her eyes.” - - Madie Johnson

She later had what she wrote tattooed on her arm as a reminder and testimony.

“God,
I don't know.
Amen.”

I’ve been saying this prayer for years.

It’s an honest prayer.

A simple prayer.
A short prayer.
One I am only beginning to understand, but one He hears clearly.
Saying we don't know isn't a sign of weakness; but appears to be the first breath to trusting the One we are surrendering our uncertainty to.

How beautiful it is to not know, but to trust He does.
For all I do not know, I know that we should hold close what we do know.
And here is what I know today:
God is good and He has this under control.
Coffee is needed.
Hugs are better than high fives.
Yesterday is over, today is here, and tomorrow hasn’t arrived.
In all that is heavy there is hope.
And I know I do not know much, but I do know I don't have time to be scared of the unknown.
Here is to not knowing.
Here is to praying honestly.
Here is to leaning in and listening.
Here is to trusting.

A Little Sunday Inspiration:

Wanted to share this with you, about how God protects his sheep.

ANOINT MY HEAD WITH OIL LORD JESUS ...

Say it again.... Anoint my head with oil!!!

“Sheep can get their head caught in briers and die trying to get untangled. There are horrid little flies that like to torment sheep by laying eggs in their nostrils which turn into worms and drive the sheep to beat their head against a rock, sometimes to death. Their ears and eyes are also susceptible to tormenting insects. So the shepherd anoints their whole head with oil. Then there is peace. That oil forms a barrier of protection against the evil that tries to destroy the sheep. Do you have times of mental torment? Do the worrisome thoughts invade your mind over and over? Do you beat your head against a wall trying to stop them? Have you ever asked God to anoint your head with oil? He has an endless supply! His oil protects and makes it possible for you to fix your heart, mind, and eyes on Him today and always! There is peace in the valley! May our good good Father anoint your head with oil today so that your cup overflows with blessings! God is good and He is faithful!!”
