BREAKING - WOPC has learned that all charges have been dismissed against Larry Bushart, the Henderson County man arrested last month on charges of ‘Threatening Mass Violence’ via social media postings. The Sheriff confirms that Mr. Bushart will be immediately released following this dismissal from the District Attorney.

WE’RE BACK!!! (And we’ve missed you!) Our FM 101.3 signal is back on the air and sounding MUCH better. We will be making adjustments through the weekend to make the coverage the best it can be. We want to thank our engineer Isaiah, Garrish Holdings Inc and all of our amazing sponsors and listeners as we navigate this challenge. Our next step is to build a new tower to serve our community for decades to come. That work will begin as soon as the government reopens. Our temporary equipment will hold us until that point. THANK YOU for your patience, so much of this was simply out of our control. We are going to get back to having some FUN this week with new music, contests and more. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the public for assisting locating these juveniles! They have both been located and returned to the family!

The Merrell and the Lush family is offering a $1,000 reward for the safe return of both Juvenile’s.

The Henry County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating these 2 Runaway Juveniles.

Pictured is William Carol Merrell III and Rylie Lush. Both are 14 years old and was last seen around 10pm on October 25,2025 at the Hilton Gardens Hotel located in East Louisville, KY. They are wearing these exact clothes.

William Merrell lives in Henry County and has made statements in text messages that "he knows where they can go".

William is 14 years old. He is 5'9 approximately 200 pounds. He has Brown hair and brown eyes.

Rylie is 14 years old. She is 5'5 approximately 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
